Referral Program Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms
By participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the program.

2.Eligibility
To be eligible for the referral program on our platform, you must be a fully verified user and comply with our platform's terms of service. Please note that this referral program is exclusive to platform users and does not apply to any referral programs managed by our Sales team. Members of the Sales team may have separate referral programs with distinct terms and conditions.

3.Referral Rewards
a. For each person who signs up with your referral code and completes the extended verification, you will receive 500 tokens from the marketing pool.
b. Additionally, you will receive a reward equivalent to 5% of the purchase amount in tokens from the marketing pool for every purchase made by a user who signed up using your referral code.
c. The maximum reward limit for a referrer is set at a total of 250 Euros in FLTK. Once this total amount is reached, no further rewards will be credited for any additional referrals or purchases made by referred individuals. This limit is designed to ensure a fair and sustainable distribution of rewards within the referral program and to prevent fraudulent activities. Rewards are issued from the marketing pool and are subject to its availability and terms.

4.Duration
The referral program promotion starts on November 29th, 2023 is valid until December 16th, 2023. Participants must ensure that referrals are made, and purchases are completed on or before this date to be eligible for rewards.

5.Fraudulent Activities
a. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent activities, will result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all earned rewards.
b. We reserve the right to investigate and withhold rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity.

6.Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.

7.Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the referral program. In no event shall our liability exceed the total value of rewards earned by the participant.

8.Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any user in the referral program at our discretion, without notice.

9.Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein.
