As an entrepreneur, I’ve learned that there are moments when the ability to act fast and make decisions quickly can be the key to success. A shortcut here and there, a faster move to the finish line, can sometimes make the difference between winning and watching others cross first.
But I keep asking myself: is that a sustainable way to build something meaningful? Is that really how we should define success? Is the first one always the best, or simply the fastest? And is it truly healthy to live in a constant race, just to be the first to announce something on social media?
I think about these questions all the time and I’d be lying if I said that figuring them out and being fully at peace with my decisions isn’t a struggle at times. In today’s world, it’s not easy to be conservative, it’s not popular to value the old virtues, to take your time, to look at things ten times before making a move, to focus meticulously on the details. But that’s who I am. And while it might not always be the fastest path, it’s the one that builds things that last.
But here’s the thing: I’m not alone. These values matter to many of us, especially to those who understand what true quality means. The ones who believe in consistency, loyalty, and honest hard work — they are the people who stand with Floin every day. This company is not just another young “FinTech” startup with a fancy idea. Floin is an institution built on profound values, designed to create real change. These are not empty words. Our mission has never changed. Everything we do, we do with conviction and with great attention to detail to ensure we deliver excellence. Yes, perfectionism can be a dangerous word, but that’s what drives us: we set our goals high and take the time needed to get as close to perfection as possible. Why?
Because when it comes to your money and your future, there are no shortcuts. For something this important, it doesn’t matter who comes first. What matters is who stands by you, stays loyal, supports you, and always has your best interest at heart.
At Floin, everything we build revolves around you. We’ve always said that Floin is the final destination for customers - and we stand by that promise. Our goal is to create an ecosystem where you can feel at home, confident for the long term, and surrounded by opportunity. Every possibility is within your reach, ready to be taken when the moment is right.
It takes many ingredients to build an environment like this, but above all, it takes time. We’ve taken that time, and we’ll keep taking it, to create something truly great for you. In 2026, we’ll once again harvest the results of seeds planted long ago. We strategized, planned, built, tore down, rebuilt, and sometimes let things go. But what remains is something we deeply believe in.
Waiting isn’t easy, I know that, but looking forward gives us energy and purpose. It’s the anticipation that keeps us moving. My team and I want to share a few things with you so you can see what’s coming in 2026 and feel the momentum. Floin is growing, and I couldn’t be prouder of it.
Take a moment to visit the dedicated section on our homepage called “2026” - it’s worth it.
We grow day by day, and we’re relentless in making it happen. The vision has become our mission, and we won’t stop until it’s accomplished. Floin has set the stage, our very own stage, and the best part is yet to come.
2026 will be big. Period.
See you there.
Best regards,
Marc Weber
