Floin Fee Schedule

At Floin, we believe in full transparency and fairness, in line with Article 66 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA). Our pricing is simple, clearly disclosed, and the same for all clients. There are no hidden charges.

We apply the following principles:

  • Clarity - Fees are explained in a straightforward way;

  • Fairness - The same rules apply to every client;

  • Transparency - Network (“gas”) fees are always passed on at cost, without surcharge;

  • Governance - Any change in fees is subject to strict approval and oversight.

Some services include a markup (also called spread) in the final price you see. This is the difference between the price Floin receives from its liquidity providers and the price quoted to you. It ranges between 0.1% and 1% and covers execution risk, market access, and infrastructure costs.
